A - Approach
Our Approach: Compassion in Action
At Compassion Ministries, our approach is deeply rooted in relationship, respect, and restoration. We believe that every person, no matter their circumstances, is created in the image of God and worthy of dignity, love, and hope. That belief shapes how we serve and walk alongside those in need.
In the Garbage area, where families live in extreme poverty, we provide food, clothing, and hygiene kits. Alongside these physical needs, we offer spiritual encouragement through prayer, Bible studies, and community gatherings.
For the sick, we provide meals, medicine, emotional support, and prayer. We walk with them through illness, offering both medical help and the comfort of God’s love.
Our mission is to show compassion through action, bringing dignity, hope, and the message of Christ to the forgotten and suffering. In everything, our approach is simple: go where the need is greatest, love without limits, and serve with open hands and a Christ-centered heart.

R - Reach
Our Mission
We are committed to reaching all people in need, especially those in the least-reached groups. Our mission includes individuals from diverse cultural and religious backgrounds and people of all ages. We strive to ensure everyone has the opportunity to hear the Good News and become part of the family of God.
Evangelism and Outreach
To fulfill our mission, we focus on:
- Hosting large evangelical events to share the message of Christ.
- Engaging in community outreach to meet people where they are and build meaningful connections.
Strengthening the Arab Church
We are dedicated to equipping and empowering Arab pastors and leaders through:
- Extensive training programs designed to enhance ministry effectiveness.
- Organized crusades that encourage spiritual growth and community impact.
- Media outreach via the internet and Arab television channels to broaden our reach.
- Regular meetings with pastors to build strong relationships, encourage collaboration, and support the expansion of our ministry.
T - Training
Partnering to Raise Transformational Leaders in Egypt
We believe that when pastors and leaders are empowered in their God-given calling, entire communities can be transformed. That’s why we are deeply committed to developing spiritual leaders who are equipped to make an eternal impact in Egypt and beyond.

Our vision is to disciple and train 600 pastors and leaders over the next 1–2 years. With 60–70% of our focus dedicated to pastoral care and leadership development, we provide vital support in the areas of spiritual formation, family life, ministry growth, education, and financial stability. These are leaders appointed by God, and with your partnership, we can help them thrive.

We are also investing in the next generation, raising up spiritual champions among youth leaders and expanding our reach across five strategic cities in Egypt. One of our flagship initiatives, Gideon 300, is training 300 pastors to teach and serve across churches throughout the nation, building a strong, multiplying network of transformational churches.
